FOLLOWING  INFORMATON  ABOUT  OUR  FOOD  &  HEALTH:

WHAT  ABOUT  OUR  COOKING  EQUIPMENT?

Basically, anything nature provides such as Earthenware, Clay, Pottery & formed Glass are safe for us.

Sadly, man~made stainless steel, aluminium & tin, especially when scoured, will allow fine scrapings of metal into our bloodstream & contribute towards

 Dementia & Alzheimer's Dis~eases.

(Don't scour or scrape metal pots or bowls with metal utensils.   
Wooden or rubber utensils are best).

MICROWAVES

The extremely high temperatures used in microwave cooking kills most nutritional inner~food value, as well as the unsafe use of enforced radiation escaping from microwaves.   Using plastics also multiplies the risk immensely.

PLASTICS

All plastic leaches contamination into our food ~ especially when heated.

The cheaper the plastic, the worse they leak.

Plastic bottles inside cars also leaks contamination into the stored water.

Use glass, china or reliable metal bottles.

MY  PERSONAL  HYGIENE  TIPS  TO HELP  STOP  GERMS  &  BACTERIA  SPREADING:

Wash all food before eating (including fruit, berries & mushrooms)

You do not know what chemicals have been sprayed, who has sneezed or how many farm & shop hands have touched your food!

***  Always wash hands before handling food  ***

***  Always wash hands before eating food  ***

***  Always wash hands after handling nappies (& not in the food sink!)  ***
***  Always wash hands after gardening (& not in the food sink!)  ***

***  Always wash hands after using the toilet  ***

(At the very least, use bottled portable hand sanitisers, available everywhere)

AS  GERMS  CAN  BE  TRANSMITTED  SO  EASILY:

Do not lift bags that have been down on the ground, floor or car floors/car boots
up onto benches or tables where food is handled or served:

(i.e. handbags * baby bags * supermarket bags etc).

Don't eat where the same employee handles your food & germ~crawling money
without changing gloves!
